  • You can enter your monthly orders and enter the expected shipping date.

  • You can print the shipping label and enter the return quantity when entering the delivery confirmation.

Billing/Accounts Receivable

  • You can summarize shipments for a period and create invoices.
  • You can print out billing statements, etc.
  • Batch processing automatically records accounts receivable entries in accounting and simultaneously registers accounts receivable balances.
  • Various accounts receivable balance sheets can be printed and deposits can be entered.
  • Journal entries are linked to accounting.

Work in progress/finished products/raw materials receipt and payment

  • Manage by lot number and packaging style.
  • Production and warehousing is linked to the packing process results in the production system, and the receipt of raw materials is linked to the receiving results in the purchasing system.
  • You can input the movement of good and reserved items, transfers between warehouses, transfers between storage areas, damage, repackaging, etc.

Ordering/Receiving/Invoice matching/Accounts payable

  • You can enter a purchase order.
  • You can also enter additional costs such as down payments, discount amounts, and freight at the same time.
  • When receiving goods or entering invoices, accounts payable entries are automatically generated in accounting, and the accounts payable balance is updated at the same time.

Production lot organization/process load calculation/production schedule

  • The required production quantity is calculated from the order quantity, finished goods and work-in-process inventory, and safety stock rate, and the latest production start date is determined by calculating backwards from the delivery date.
  • Calculate the process load on a daily basis, compare it with the production capacity, and adjust the work calendar.
  • Decide the production schedule.

Production instructions/production results

  • You can enter production instructions by day and shift, and enter receipt and payment results by process while referring to the production instructions.
  • The causes of defects and loss time are recorded in a database and can be referenced as chronological data.
  • Simple input is also possible on-site using the smartphone version.

Cash payment

  • You can register items and enter purchases and expenses without a purchase order.
  • By verifying the entered data, journal entries are linked to accounting.

Accounting

  • Multiple currencies can be handled.
  • Journal entry patterns can be registered and easily entered.
  • You can retrieve documents such as B/S and P/L.

Installation flow
